Our Product RangeWe engineer high quality products in accordance with the specifications of our customers. Our product line includes* Molds and Dies for Thermoset Injection Moldings (as per customer's requirements) * Bakelite ( phenolic formaldehyde, urea formaldehyde, melamine, BMC etc.) parts/accessories/components/fittings in various industries such as cookware parts, auto parts, electrical fittings, home appliances parts, furniture accessories, etc. Our FacilitiesOur company is well equipped with advanced manufacturing facilities:Three large CNC machine centres and a full range of peripheral equipment to turn your designs into versatile thermoset injection molds. In addition, we also use advanced CAD/CAM software and 3D architecture designs to provide design and information services.Fifteen branded injection molding machines such as Taiwan Union Plastics, Kai-ming and FCS, ranging from 100T to 320T with the injection volume from 100g to 1500g to ensure products of a wide range of sizes can be produced.Quality AssuranceWe have a dedicated team of technicians, who primarily focus on quality thermoset mold making and molded thermoset parts quality assurance.
